    Notes: BLAND. not a bad beer, definitely drinkable but i will never make this beer again.

    2)24 Black Silk:

    Notes: Made with French Vanilla coffee. Best beer i ever had. I might be tasting a since of self confidence no one else can taste, but to me, i love it.

    3) Tamalpais Wit

    Notes: way to much coriander. Overpowers been and gives it a strong spice flavor, next time try only 1/2 ounce coriander.

    is that 2-3 weeks in secondary fermention or 2-3 weeks after the yeast has been pitched? also,
    with this new style of fermentation i am going to try, how long should it sit in primary
    fermentation?
