Did you end up going with the 120qt setup? How long of a braid should you use for a cooler that
big? it's 40 inches long.

Can anyone recommend a carbonation level for this that is more exact than the generic 4.5oz of
priming sugar that is provided? I will be bottle carbonating.Thanks!

laziness... I was letting it setting before taking the gravity reading with with hydrometer,
but I guess I let it settle too long.O.G. 1.074 (Pliny Clone from AHS)

Oooops.... I think I left my wort a little too long in the hydrometer. 3 days and the natural
yeast took it over, look at that krausen!

ill take the yeast and put it in a sanitized jar, clean the carboy and then repitch onto the
Pliny. Would half the yeast cake still be over pitching? I have trouble understanding the pitch

Thanks for the tip, couldn't add any extra (cold) water as I was already at the brim of my
10gal mash tun. Few more small mistakes through the boil, but cooled and yeast is pitched. May
not be the bes...

I'm not freaking out too bad, obviously my first all-grain. Using a 10gal cooler to mash, my
grain was colder than i thought after I preheated my mash tun which is why it ended up colder
than I expect...
