    Probably water? Every extract batch I made had a strange lingering bite, but none of my AG
    batches do. I blamed it on extract in general, as I used Distilled water....

    $30 48qt from, and I had all the copper/fittings. Used a drillpress for the
    manifold, which can be taken apart for cleaning. Temp probe is useless as its reading 20deg
