I should have known this was going to happen :cross: brewed a belgian wit on Sunday, and used a
white labs yeast (didn't make a starter). went out of town on Monday morning, just got back

I guess $120 isn't too bad. The 15gal is a bit large for my needs, plus with the stand

i don't know that i want to spend the $$ on a stainless one, and the only plastic ones i've
seen are at www.minibrew.com ... anyone else make these?
