It's a really fuzzy picture, but that looks like residual yeast still working after the krausen
fell. I have a brew that's been in primary about 13 days and it looks pretty much the same.

It was an MS kit. The only other thing, it took my wort several hours to cool, because I didn't
have a wort chiller, I did add a gallon of ice though, plus a gallon of near freezing water,
