    Just started a batch a couple week ago. I used less sugar the gravity was only a 1.045. I
    wanted a lighter drink for the spring and summer months will back sweeten with lemonade
    concentrate.

    Taste could be cause its only three weeks old, give it a little time probably allright. Any
    fermented beverage will taste off when its still young.

    Yes the Safale S-04 will make krausen. I used a six gallon carboy and filled it with five

    Yep but have to wait for fresh honey, last year I started a blackberry bush so thats what Im
