I usually just knock all that out while the water is heating. Just make sure you have all your

Yea 62 is low for that strain. If you can move it to a location where it can stay near 70 it
might drop lower, rouse the yeast a bit too, there is not much to lose at this point. Doing

Whelp, it will be different that's for sure. It will prob be astringent due to the high temp.
Try and get some amylase to try and save it. I wouldn't give up on it yet.

I would let it sit and try and get the temp to stabilize. The large swings in temp is was
causes issues. Its too late to "save" it and its too early to tell if its "bad". You never know
