    ABOUT ME

  • I brewed my first extract in the spring of 2009. While making the occasional extract brew I read voraciously on HBT as I was fascinated with the process of AG, keezers, HERMS, yeasties, etc. Come fall of 2010 I went AG. I've made a few of EdWort's recipes, a couple of clones and have recently been experimenting with a few recipes of my own to see what happens when I play god with the ingredients. I am building up my 10g HERMS system.
