  • I got into brewing after virtually stopping drinking beer. I couldn't handle gluten and couldn't afford to regularly drink the decent gluten free beers available in Australia. The wife bought me a basic kit and so far so good! So far basic stove top extract recipes using sorghum extract. Looking at BIAB on stove top and all grain next up.
