@slarkin712 - I also have that tower, purchased from BeverageFactory. No issues with the
customer service or quality of the tower itself.. It only comes with 5ft lines though, might

Wow, that's a lot of work & time spent brewing for only 65 - 70% efficiency... My typical

You could use a couple of kitchen cabinets, gutted and insulated with a mini fridge/freezer

I have kegged a bock after 9 days in the primary, not a good idea... It took another 2 weeks

If you use a .5 micron diffuser stone the beer will be fully carbed in 2 or 3 days (2 days for
my porters and stouts, 3 for my bocks and ales), depending on the style and CO2 volumes you're
after.
