- Got interested in homebrewing through a neighbor who showed me the ropes about 2 years ago. I started with a Mr. Beer kit that my wife bought me for Christmas one year, moved onto extract kits and now I have about 4 batches of all-grain under my belt and I love every minute of it.

Not sure if this was mentioned or not, but Beach Chalet is a good place for lunch, good beer
and incredible view. Go place to go if you are traveling with a woman. Not too chickish though.
