What's your ferm temp? Beer isn't something we rush, because yeast have their own schedule. I
recommend keeping it at the recommended ferm temp for another week, then take another reading.

just an update, they worked greatThe ones I tried blew up (see pics below). You think we didn't
tighten them enough? I was doing the bottle wand and my friend was doing the caps.
