So your saying you got hops/general crap from the boil into your primary then pitched the yeast
as normal? If so, then no worries. I do this every time I brew.Posted in thread: What is the right thing to do on 11-14-2012 at 12:08 AM
Agreed. Sanitize some tubing, sanitize a two liter soda bottle and fill the soda bottle with
water. Stick tubing into airlock/bung and run the rest of the tubing into the water of the 2
liter bottle.Posted in thread: White dots growing in my carboy?? on 11-14-2012 at 12:04 AM

Sumpin' Ale" I wa...Posted in thread: Stout Fermentation Temperature on 11-05-2012 at 12:03 AM
Fermentation does not seem too vigorous so I am assuming it is not quite 10 degrees above my
room temp. I will go purchase a little stick on thermometer though just to be sure.Posted in thread: Hops in wort into Fermentor on 11-04-2012 at 08:43 PM

clean taste as well.Posted in thread: Hops in wort into Fermentor on 11-04-2012 at 08:27 PM
Do you think I should let it ferment for its normal time of say 3-4 weeks, then cold crash?
