^That was going to be my suggestion was to add Juniper or a pine needle tea. I know Sammy Adams
uses Juniper in one of their Christmas brews, it has a very nice piney woodsy taste to it. Also

Dang didnt think about that Tagz, so yeah that may be it right there. I also use this method
when tranfering the wort to the fermentor so I know I'm getting enought O2 there. Man o man the
