    Feels good, don't it? For future reference (and feel free to ignore this; it's your beer after
    all), Abita Amber is a Vienna lager, so something like this might be a more appropriate yeast
    choice.

    Way to go - Johnny on the Spot!So a barrel is 53 gallons, right. Scale down and there you go,
    but that sure doesn't sound like much for 53 gallons.I fear I may have overdone some things!
