I usually buy at least a pound or two more of what base malt/extract and a pound or two of
extra dextrose. Had to bump up the post boil gravity by a few points on a recent beer and I

I'm with the others who said the bittering hops is a little (ok a LOT) over the top. I'd
definitely consider omitting the first Galaxy addition if nothing else.
