Honestly, I think they might use 12 pounds of marris otter. The website says "2 Row" but MO is
a 2 row barley. It is a little darker in color, so to hit the 10 SRM mark you need to only use
exactly 1 ...

Your color is dead on, are you measuring that 13.4 in SRM Morey or Daniels?

Thinking about using this as my base in an Irish Red in the nearish future, anybody have

Looks great! Instead of the Perle Dry Hop, try an ounce of Columbus. Or just bump another ounce
of one of the two hops you already dry hop with.
