That should not be a problem at all. If your worried just add a minute to your boil but I would
not een bother to do that.

I would also recomend going to you LHBS. Many vgood kits and you might get a chance to talk to
other brewers about what they hae used and what they like.

The taste was good. Dry but you could taste the apple and the cinnamon, I put two cinnamon
sticks in. It was a little harsh and time should help with that.
