- I have been brewing semi-consistently since October of 2007. In LA I had to switch to doing ciders/cyzers exclusively because of space and time limitations. The long hours and small housing associated with working in Entertainment do not equate to an ideal situation to do full mash/boils.
- Next might be a Pineapple/Apple Cider fermented with Hef yeast.

2 Galls Langers Apple Juice
.5 Gall Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice
Red Star Pastuer Champagne yeast salvaged from previous batch. That yeast was dead, so I pitched a packet of Lavin EC-1118. Fermentation started quickly, so I am hoping the dead yeast were just nutrient and not a contaminant.
OG 1052 (?) - Cider made from Langers Apple Juice, Red Star Champagne yeast and a diced Organic Apple

I'd like to point out that, as I do in most discussions about music, I was just f***ing with

In response to your GG statement, I'd just like to point out that your quote says "If it's
worth doing, it's worth overdoing".Posted in thread: Punk Rock and Hardcore on 02-09-2013 at 01:12 PM
GG is hilarious, but if he were alive I would not let him with fifty yards of my fermentors.

This and BIAB have provided all of the solutions I was looking for after learning traditional
