  • Just getting active on here again. Have not brewed in about 3 years. My shop where I brewed burnt down 3 yrs ago. My reconstruction pictures are on here. Anyways I'm finally ready to start brewing again. Building a brewtree for a gravity three tiered system with a 30 gallon brewpot pot with a 20 gal mashtun and hot liquor tank. Should be doing my 1st batch in that new system next month.

    Put beer in the cold area at 38 deg, all the yeast dropped from the top to the bottom of the
    fermenter. Should be kegging next week.

    Had to extend the return to right behind the evaporator. Brewed a helles, cz pils and a
    doppelbock in 9 days. 15 carboys, the fermentation room is full.

    Bought the shelving units off of craigslist about 7 years ago. They came out of a Linens and
    things store that had closed up. Check around on craigslist and see what you can find.
