I had this same problem with a Rochefort 10 clone. I poured each bottle into a sanitized keg,
slowly against the side wall of the keg to minimize aeration. Force carbed and it was perfect.

SFS, Ingenius. I have seen that vessel before, on the History channel I think. You are right
about needing a beer on that one! Personally I prefer the one's that can submerge

This kit was my first brew about 4 months ago, it turned out good. I will say it had a bit of
an aftertaste after 3 weeks in the bottle, almost salty, but that faded as the beer aged a few
more weeks....
