actually it's not way dry... The pear cider was a Mangrove Jack's Kit that had some kind of
sweetener in a plastic packet you put in after fermentation. I had made this two years ago
using fresh pears...

Basically a pilsner/pear cider combo with Citra hops. Fermented using champagne yeast. YUMMY
