Home Brewing Biography: Been brewing since 1992, started out doing extract and saw the light with all grain brewing. Been using the same simple gravity fed tier system that has not failed me yet, okay I did change out the old cooler for a new one.
Future Brews: Another Brew
Primary: Just give me some time to catch up
Secondary: Nuffin, just emptied it and am force carbin' it
Bottled: Have not bottled in years. Do however fill bottles and growlers from kegs to take to friemnds and get togethers from time to time
Kegged: Over twenty years of brewing there aint enough space to list them all however, there is a Amarillo Red IPA, CITRA IPA and a Red Rye Ale screaming at me from the cold box.
