I know that Ninkasi in Oregon uses a centrifuge to clarify their beers-- not sure how

I want to try to brew something like Ninkasi's Spring Reign. Their website lists 2-Row Malt and

I brewed this a few times with two entire orange peals (white bits too) and one oz corriander
in the last fifteen minutes of the boil. It's been my favorite homebrew so far!
