Several of our local pubs have Rogue brews on tap, a pint goes for about $4.50. We also have
Mac-N-Jack, Mannys, Iron Horse and others (Seattle area - tons of craft beer!).

When it gets hot I fill the bathtub in our master bath with water and put the fermenters in.

Stir like crazy as I add the grain to the 168 degree H2O, place the floating thermometer, set
timer for 30 minutes, check temp and stir it up again, sparge at 60 minutes. Stir throughout
