Ginger ale that has been in the bottle 2 years. One of my best brews of all time. With this
much age, all the ginger flavor is gone, but the heat remains. Bland and spicy...dumping it.

My top 2... Ron zacapa is excellent. Pampero aniversario is another great rum but of a

No need to pasteurize or refrigerate unless you like it sweeter than terminal gravity. just
prime to your desired co2 level and store at room temp. If sweet is your thing, It's easy
