This is a Dry Dock Pro Series clone from Northern Brewer. I brewed last Saturday and all is
well, it's bubbling away. I'm not sure how " fresh " the beans are. I bought them from my LHBS

I'm brewing a vanilla porter on Saturday and it calls for 1oz of vanilla beans in the

I've used WLP 400 a few times the only big thing I could say is that is a slow starter. Be
patient and keep your temps where it needs to be 65-75. Primary 3-4 weeks.
