    I made one once. it was basically a dark cream ale. some speculate about it being sour mashed
    or not. Mine was sour mashed and it turned out pretty nice.

    as long as it spends a couple days in the fridge vertical before being served to make sure the
    yeast makes its way to the bottom, I don't think it should be a problem.
