I was also thinking about subbing 5lbs of the MO with Pilsner Malt - but, like the honey malt,

I can't see the amount of honey malt? I'm not much of a fan of 30 minute hops. You don't really
get much bitterness, but you don't get flavor or aroma either. I'd either move them to 15

I think it's an interesting idea, but...I tend to agree with the others, w/o a check valve of
some sort, you might put an air bubble in your line @ or right behind the solenoid, which is
