  • Ahhhh.. .. . ... six years living in Germany during the time of the Craft Beer revolution in the US. I came back expecting pee pee beer, but found a wonderful scene in Boulder and Denver, Colorado. When I sat down for the first time at the Punphouse Brewery in Longmont, Colorado, in 1997, I realized that I would like to create great food and great brew.

    Not sure where this falls mead-wise, from a fermentation standpoint, as it is 1/3 cranberry
    juice, 1/3 brown sugar, and 1/3 honey. Finished at 14% ABV, yet really sweet and smooth.

Hey, I live in Las Cruces, next time I am in T or C I'll have to check out your brewpub! I actually did some of the initial archaeological survey for the spaceport many years ago. cheers!
