Not sure where this falls mead-wise, from a fermentation standpoint, as it is 1/3 cranberry
juice, 1/3 brown sugar, and 1/3 honey. Finished at 14% ABV, yet really sweet and smooth.

Alaskan Tropplebock, an Imperial Dopplebock which comes in at over ten percent, one aged on
oak, had it first a few weeks ago on tap at Hops and Pie. Delicious elixer.. .
