I've got a Texas Blonde Ale from AHS being delivered tomorrow or Monday, been brewing darker

I prefer to buy my grains by the ounce which saves me from weighing out for a recipe, buying a
decent scale (i have one that goes up to a couple ounces that i obtained for...other uses) and
what not. ...

Did some reading and realized that the sugars are necessary for the hops to do their thing and
