  • I started because after my grandfather passed I was given the equipment he had used for homebrewing, it hadn't been used in years but brought back fond memories of watching/helping him, started with an extract kit and is slowly evolving, going to attempt my first all grain batch this summer...Then I stumbled across a real simple mead recipe, honey, water, yeast, nutrients...simplest traditional recipe you can imagine, I had heard of mead but did'nt know much about it, since then it has become an addiction, almost obsession to make, experiment and learn about.
  • Irish dry stout based braggot, buckwheat bochet experiment
  • Orange blossom mead, apfelwein
  • Peach lavender melomel/metheglin/bochet experiment (25% of the honey was caramelized), Vanilla bourbon acerglyn
