  • I got into brewing as a dare from my wife about 10 years ago. She saw a Mr. Beer kit and said that I could not do that if I tried. Well the rest is history now. I used Mr. Beer for about 2 years and moved into a 5 gal setup. I now have to brew (boil) outside since, according to my wife, when I do inside, the house smells like puke. To each their own. I am now brewing all BIAB now. No style or ingredient is safe with me.
