  • How To Brew!
  • Started brewing on 12/20/2008 and since then I have completed over 100 brews. Currently running a 12-14 gallon batch setup with 5 main taps and 4 reserve taps. After nailing down my all grain brewing I am now entering sour beer, barrel ageing and wine making.
  • On deck we have a Goose Island Matilda clone that I will be brewing for a friend. And then it's time for a Vanilla ale and Pumpkin Ale for the upcoming fall. If my watermelons ever finish growing I will finish the summer of with a watermelon ale.
  • Oktoberfest Marzen in the keezer.
  • Chocolate Cherry Stout in secondary along with a Founders KBS clone. I also have a nice Flanders Red that is about 6 months old and really starting to shine. Part of the KBS will be going into a Whiskey barrel this weekend and the rest will be bottled.
  • Victory Prima Pils, Ye Old Hag English Ale, Deception Cream Ale, Honey Badger, 120.
  • Ye Old Hag, Hoe Gardening.

I brewed this for my 1st 10 gallon batch in my new home about 4 weeks ago. All went well
considering it was a new setup that was untested and a fairly complicated brew with all the

Very nice place. The brew room and the HT are sweet. Gotta love the 3-car garage! We have one
too, but only have one car in there. Your front three HT speakers look familiar. What are they?
    A large 3-...
