  • Just got a Cooper's kit with enough supplies to make 3 batches (minus the bottles for the 3rd batch).
  • I am going to begiin with Cooper's Lager, then IPA then Real Ale.
    Once I complete my research/training I intend on trying a few hybrid recipes (like seasonals, etc.) by adding additional barley/ingredients.

    Yes, the fermenter is 30 liters. The coopers recipes make 23 liters (approx. 6 gallons) so it
    fills up around 3/4 or so. Plenty of room for a nice krausen.

    Add the extract after it ceases boiling. :)The brew enhancer 2 has no hops and won't carmelize
    like the can of extract would.
