Hey guys, I am going to brew a recipe that calls for northern brewer hops 6.5% alpha acids. I
looked on AHS website and can only find them at 10.4%. What is the best way to adjust?

I use the calculators at this website and it's pretty much spot on each time. on this
calculator, when it says mash thickness, does that mean how many pounds of grain?

I don't think so man, not for lagering temps. Your idea sounds cool, but have you ever thought
about a chest freezer with a temp controller? That is what I have now and it works great! $50
