  • Thought I'd try it and liked what I brewed. Don't drink much else now. I'm only brewing extract at the moment and have brewed wheat, IPA, English ale, bock, cerveza, docklands porter.rnFinished my prototype and am having great fun and success with brewing now, generally I brew 80 litres every 2 weeks and share with friends.
  • Mainly IPAs and some sweeter wheat beers for friends
  • 2 x 65 litre plastic, 33-40 litres in each, generally 2 weeks in primary
  • 19 litre corny kegs, generally 2 weeks in secondary, then filtered through 1 micron polyspun, kegged and bottled from keg.
  • wheat, IPA, English ale, bock, cerveza, docklands porter, weizenbock, German pils, ESB
