  • I started 10 years ago with a kit purchased at the supermarket. After some unsatisfactory attempts, I gave up, to resume a few years later, with more enthusiasm and more culture. Now, after 4-5 years of testing all-grain, I think I've reached a decent level, always trying to evolve, experimenting and learning about new techniques.
