I pay attention to how full the keg is by cracking the keg lid and seeing how full it is.Or
better yet weigh it filled w/ water then fill it on a bathroom scale.

I don't think I'd take that advice. I'm a hobby woodworker too, and several wood species are
classified as toxic and/or carcinogenic. Better safe than sorry when it comes to ingesting
