About Me: I had the good fortune to live in Belgium as a young man, and learned to drink and love great beer. When I moved back to the States I figured if I was going to continue in that vein, I would have to make it myself. I am still working towards the 'great' part.

Home Brewing Biography: I stick to 10 gallon batches of all grain recipes. I have brewed Duvel clones, Oktoberfests, many Pales Ales and IPA's, ESB's, Kolsch, and a lager or two.

I started kegging a couple years back, and if one has the room and a few dollars, I highly recommend it.

I brewed a batch of your award winning IPA, and it was awesome.Aroma was perfect, taste was
excellent, head retention was great. I can't wait to brew it again and scale it up to a 10
