AAU = alpha acid units. AAU = oz. of hops x AA. So if your Hallertauer is 4%AA → 6.2 / 4
= 1.55oz/ Hallertauer at 60 minutes.Right ok....so why didnt you do the 20 min addition by AAU

I brewed this bad boy on 12/24 and just bottled yest 3/19.I added some homemade candy sugar.
