I got into homebrewing several years ago after attending and then hosting monthly beer tastings with a group of friends. Paying attention to the flavors and ingredients in beers made me think, "hey, I could make this." I started with simple extract recipes and quickly moved on to partial mash and then all grain. My brews have been very popular at the KC Wizards tailgates.
I've recently made the jump to kegging my beer and am looking forward to saying goodbye to the bottling process. After reading all of this I just added a BarleyCrusher to my Christmas wish list. I'll have to
