- My wife wanted to get me a kit for my birthday in 2012, but we never found one in the local area I liked. After we moved I purchased one online once we got settled.
- I love weizens and honey wheats, so I am going to try one of those next, followed by some kind of vanilla stout.

Two weeks ago my wife bought me the Bayou Classic 16 gallon spigot pot (model 1064). I brewed a

this route a...Posted in thread: Homebrew Club Fayetteville, NC?? on 12-06-2012 at 12:25 PM
I just moved here and am down to go to a brew day. I just started home brewing but I cheat and
keg instead of bottle.Posted in thread: Does it amaze you at how many breweries are terrible at making beer? on 12-06-2012 at 12:19 PM

it contin...Posted in thread: The ever changing opinions of proper techniques in brewing on 11-29-2012 at 12:41 PM
That's why I say, that there is rarely a "better" or "Best" or even a Right way of doing
things....only what's RIGHT FOR US. You find out really quick, that if you ask 10 different
homebrewers the sam...Posted in thread: Thanksgiving Keezer Disaster on 11-28-2012 at 12:49 PM
Same thing can happen if you have threaded ends on your beer line and they are loose. I had

I brewed my first two beers in anticipation of family coming for Thanksgiving and poured the
