- I drink alot of beer so one day I said im going to make my own.
- I want to brew mainly IPA's, Pale Ales and down the road want to get into mashing
- American Wheat brewed with 6lbs wheat extract and 2 hop additions Willamette/Cascade. Thinking of dry hopping with 1oz cascade to give the extra hop blast.

I like hoppy beers like IPA's but not so much the bitterness so pale ales are my favorite to
