  • When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, I discovered blackberries in quantities I couldn't imagine even growing up. Also, almost nobody picks them. It seems a shame to let those berries go to waste.rnrnAfter making jellies and jams with my wife, eating raw berries, eating many cobblers and smoothies, I finally got the idea to try making blackberry wine - I needed a hobby anyway. This year (2011) is my first time to try this.

    gotta disagree utterly with that. makgeolli is the saddest alcohol korea makes after green
