Well, did they seal well? I am having the same issue, but with sparkling wine!I re-capped them
all with different caps. I tossed the bag of caps in question, and I never had problems ever

I think it would take a good amount of back sweetening to make that level of sourness go away.
Possibly another situation where the solution would be worse than the problem. Have you tried
