  • My first few brews I brewed from a can (Campbell's Soup Method). From here I moved up to extract brewing with partial grain. Now I have move up to the All Grain World and Lovin It!!! My last three all-grain recipe's have been Brew In A Bag. Equipment for BIAB are: 5 gallon Igloo cooler (unmodified), Turkey Fryer, Fermenting bucket, and Grain Bag to fit 5 gallon igloo cooler!!! Always looking for the killer beer. rnBeers I know I do like:rnCream Ale, Canadian Ale, Red Stripe (clone), Oatmeal Stout, Murphy's Irish Stoup (clone), Amber Boch, Killian's!!!rnJust about anything!!!rnrnOnce You Go All-Grain You Never Go Back!!!!

    Hope these pics help.It looks according to the pics maybe yours is not as deep as the
    FRF1050's, maybe that is why I'm coming up with an 8" collar. It would have been nice to have

    This is the FRF1050. I didn't do the 'break in' as I didn't see how that would make a
    difference for temperature. I went right to the thermostat and turned it all the way in and
    checked several times ...
