My wife and my daughter were diagnosed with celiacs a few years ago. We do an extensive amount of GF baking and cooking, but never ventured into brewing. I am new to home brewing and find it exciting and rewarding.
Home Brewing Biography:
First GF brew:
Hard Cider, no sugars added. Ale yeast. Ended dry but palatable.
Second GF brew:
Basic Belgian Style
6 lbs. sorghum
GF belgian style yeast
Third GF brew:
Indian Summer Als
3.3 lbs Sorghum
3 lbs wildflower honey
1 oz liberty
1 oz Mt. Hood
Mild Pale Ale (future cherry ale)
Standard Sweet Mead (2.5 gal )
