First GF brew:
Hard Cider, no sugars added. Ale yeast. Ended dry but palatable.
Second GF brew:
Basic Belgian Style
1oz Pearl
6 lbs. sorghum
Orange peel
Paradise Seeds
1oz Cascade
GF belgian style yeast
Third GF brew:
Indian Summer Als
3.3 lbs Sorghum
3 lbs wildflower honey
1 oz liberty
1 oz Mt. Hood - Brown Ale
- Mild Pale Ale (future cherry ale)
- Standard Sweet Mead (2.5 gal )
