ferment in buckets and haven't had a good bubbling airlock in a year. But gravity keeps
changing and beer keeps...

If you got the wort and the yeast together, below ~80 degrees, in whatever container, make sure
its covered and has an airlock, and it'll all be good. Primary/secondary is kinda relative.
